Christmas at Waddesdon Tickets & Prices

Christmas at Waddesdon is back with magical lights and the gardens aglow. Join us for festive fun with our enchanting outdoor extravaganza that will brighten the end of your year.

The House and Cellars will not be open this Christmas due to social distancing.

All Grounds visits, Bus and Premium parking tickets must be booked in advance, including for NT, Art Fund, HHA and RHS members and local residents pass holders. Free tickets for under-5s must also be pre-booked.

We expect most visitors will walk from the car park to the Christmas Fair and light trail in the gardens, the walk takes around 20 minutes on a wood chip path with a steep section which may not be suitable for all visitors. There will be limited capacity on the shuttle buses so tickets for the buses, or for premium parking at the top of the hill should also be booked in advance with your grounds admission.

Please select time of your arrival between 12noon and 6pm. This is to ensure we spread the arrival of visitors throughout the day. You are welcome to stay until the Grounds close at 7.30pm. The last bus back to the car park will be at 7.30pm.

Visitors are reminded that the law now stipulates that visitors may only visit or interact in a group of up to six people (unless visiting in a household or support bubble which is larger than 6). Please do not make arrangements to meet others at Waddesdon which will exceed this new "Rule of 6".
