Christmas at Waddesdon Tickets & Prices

Christmas at Waddesdon is back with magical lights and the gardens aglow. Join us for festive fun with our enchanting outdoor extravaganza that will brighten the end of your year.

The House, Cellars, Stables Café and Manor Restaurant (except for pre-booked afternoon teas) will not be open this Christmas due to social distancing.

All Grounds visits, Bus and Premium parking tickets must be booked in advance, including for NT, Art Fund, HHA and RHS members and local residents pass holders. Free tickets for under-5s must also be pre-booked.

We expect most visitors will walk from the car park to the Christmas Fair and light trail in the gardens, the walk takes around 25 minutes on a wood chip path with a steep section which may not be suitable for all visitors. There will be limited capacity on the shuttle buses so tickets for the buses, or for premium parking at the top of the hill should also be booked in advance with your Grounds admission.

Please select the hour of your arrival (eg 1pm for arrival between 1-2pm). This is to ensure we spread the arrival of visitors throughout the day. Last arrival slot is 6pm. You are welcome to stay until the Grounds close at 7.30pm. The Christmas Fair closes at 7pm. The last bus back to the car park is at 7.30pm.

There are limited Christmas Afternoon Tea slots still available, please book here

We suggest you make a note of your booking order reference number at the bottom of the confirmation page.
