Visits to the House

Visitors may take a short, free walk through some of the ground floor rooms in the Manor. This is a trial for Waddesdon, so admission will be free with booked grounds admissions and offered on a first come basis. 11.30am-3.30pm. Visitors will be admitted in family or household groups of up to 6 (except where a household group exceeds 6). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee entry for everyone.

Halloween Half Term

Sat 24 Oct–Sun 1 Nov. Please book Halloween trail, pumpkin carving and photo workshop activities with your grounds admission tickets. Our chefs are creating special Spooky Afternoon Teas throughout the week.

Waddesdon Tickets & Prices

All Grounds visits, Bus and Premium parking tickets must be booked in advance, including for NT, Art Fund, HHA and RHS members and local residents pass holders. Free tickets for under-5s must also be pre-booked.

A shuttle bus tickets to and from the car park should also be booked in advance.

Booking

Please select time of your arrival. This is to ensure we spread the arrival of visitors throughout the day. You are welcome to stay until the Grounds close at 5pm.

Parking & Buses

All Grounds, bus and parking tickets must be pre-booked online for all visitors. Please select one of the parking, bus or walking options when you book

- Bookable Premium Parking spaces are available in the private car park at the top of the hill
- Free visitor car park includes Blue Badge and family parking
- There is limited capacity on our buses, please book all tickets with your admission
- Blue Badge holders and their carer must each book a bus ticket (no charge)
- Walking to the Manor takes about 20 minutes from the Free visitor car park (along a wood chip path which has a steep section)

Book in advance

- Our on-site ticket office is not open
- Time changes and refunds are not available
- Please arrive on time for you booked arrival as bus capacities are limited

During your visit

- Groups larger than 6 are not allowed to meet and interact unless they all live together or are part of the same support bubble
- Please do not visit if you or a member of your household, has been in contact with someone with Covid-19 or has symptoms
- Please bring and use hand sanitiser, and wash your hands frequently during your visit
- Please maintain 2m distance from other visitors wherever possible
